What is the cost for delivery?

Within UAE, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of value.

Within GCC, we offer free shipping on all orders of AED 250 and over. Deliveries for any orders under AED 250 within GCC, will be charged AED 45. This amount will automatically be added at checkout when you enter your address.

For all other countries, we offer free shipping on all orders of AED 350 and over. Deliveries for any orders below AED 350, to outside GCC will be charged AED 55. This amount will automatically be added at checkout when you enter your address.

How Long will it take for my purchase to reach me?

Please allow up to 2 working days for deliveries within UAE.

Please allow up to 4 working days for deliveries within the GCC.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for deliveries for all orders outside the GCC.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

In the event your order has not been delivered within the timeframe specified, please contact us by email: info@zaoule.com, or by WhatsApp: and we will get in touch with our delivery partner and get you an update on the status of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming this, along with a dedicated link to track your shipment in real time.

What do I do if I missed the delivery of my order?

In line with industry standards, our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before it is marked for return to our warehouse. Please be on the lookout for calls from unknown numbers, our delivery partner may be trying to contact you. Make sure to enter full and complete address details at checkout in order to ensure timely deliveries.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item, a damaged/defective item or have a problem with an item ordered?

We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, but we also must acknowledge that human error exists. If you have received a wrong item or are missing one or more items, please send us an email on info@zaoule.com, please send us a picture along with the email, clearly explaining the issue.

We want to assure you that every order goes through a quality check before being shipped out, but we understand that however unlikely, it is possible that something was damaged en-route. If you receive a damaged piece, please email us a picture on info@zaoule.com.

We will make an effort to dispatch a replacement wherever possible, or provide a refund.

All refunds will be processed either on the original card used when placing your order or via store credit.

For refunds on your original card, please allow up to 14 days for the amount to reflect on your statement, this is due to varying processing times between card issuers.

Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?

We are happy to offer free gift wrapping for all orders, simply check the appropriate box during checkout. Please feel free to add a personalized message and we will have that printed on a card and shipped along with your order.

Is the price I’ve paid inclusive of customs and duties?

For shipments within UAE, yes. We ship from mainland UAE, so your price is inclusive of all duties and VAT.

For international shipments, please note that duties and local charges including but not limited to Custom duty or VAT can be imposed by the import authorities. The customer will be responsible for any and all such charges.
